My new discovery on Emacs for the day

Rarely a day passes without me learning something from Emacs. Today, it was about a default keybinding that I wsa not aware of all these days of using ERC. In ERC, pressing C-c C-SPC switches to the buffer on which a new conversation has happened.

To have that same keybinding working on rcirc, (rcirc-track-minor-mode 1) has to be written to ~/.emacs file.

  1. I have the ‘Help’ key on my keyboard set up to do the same thing. That might seem weird, but here’s where ‘Help’ is on this keyboard:
